This repo contains some setup files for new systems.
Just run set_up_system.sh and should install the zsh shell, tmux, git, python, pip etc
In install_singularity there are the scripts to install the singularity container manager.
Run ./bash_install_singularity.sh if you are using the bash shell.
Run ./zsh_install_singularity.sh if you are using the zsh shell.
