To start your Phoenix server:
- Start DB
docker compose up db -d
- Install dependencies with
mix deps.get
- Create and migrate your database with
mix ecto.setup
- Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phx.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000
from your browser.

The Api uses REST and it is idempotent. In order insert new records it uses Task.Supervisor
to save everything in background
