document.scrollingElement

A polyfill for document.scrollingElement as defined in the CSSDOM specification

Installation

npm install scrolling-element --save

In an HTML document:

<script src="scrolling-element.js"></script>

For Babel and ES2015+, just import the file

import 'scrolling-element'
