/Dialer

ComputerCraft scripts for "Dialer", the server that handles the Nexus Mystcraft multi-destination portal

Primary LanguageLua

"Dialer" is a ComputerCraft program that acts as a server for a touchscreen portal system. It can change a MystCraft portal to a given destination, out of any provided in a given chest.

Requirements

  • ComputerCraft 1.74
  • MystCraft 0.12.3.00
  • OpenPeripherals Core 1.2
  • OpenPeripherals Integration 0.3
  • OpenPeripherals Addons 0.4

Known Issues

  • As of Direwolf 1.3.0 (Core 1.1.1, Addons 0.3.1, Integration 0.2.2, Mystcraft 0.11.5.00), the code is no longer able to read names applied by the Writing Desk. Use anvil renames instead.
  • Do not use IronChests chests, as they have been found to randomly destroy books. Safest containers to use are vanilla chests.
  • There is no official method for automatically turning on a computer after a server restart. The autonomous activator is therefore required for this.
