Adds the Infinity Liquid from NewHorizon back into Mindustry.

This mod doesn't do anything, except add the Infinity Fluid back from NewHorizon. Only available in sandbox mode.

Note: I didn't change any of the code; I simply ported it to js and json. As such, if anything is buggy, please let me know.
