Error parsing georaster tiff file

I get below error in screenshot when I try to read the tiff file below. I don't have this issue with another lib that uses geotiff.js. I went through reported issues here and saw #32 but not sure if it is related.

Just a followup, I checked the tif file with gdalinfo and I see it is not georeferenced. Not sure if this is what causes this issue.

Any more info on this? I'm having the same issue. Not sure what key its referring to, I know there are TIFF keys described here but my file has the mandatory ones:
