Application of video frame by frame pixelator and RGB colors editor

- Create custom color palette
- Define 'large side' of video pixel resolution
- Adjust RGB colors' increments

How the video editor will process functions (in which order): RGB increments on starting frame > Pixelate image > Choose color based on color palette
