Clean up code by using virtual products instead of dea-notebooks functions

The DEACL code currently includes a very large dependency in the form of functions from the dea-notebooks repository (load_ard, calculate_indices and most_common_crs). All of these can be replaced with a simple virtual product which is already present in the repo.
