Add script/notebook for interactively drawing profiles and returning transects

Using ipyleaflet, allow users to draw a line on a map, and return a figure showing the relative position/distance along the transect of the shoreline through time.
Ideally, this should include a WMS version of DEA CoastLines in the interactive map so users have a reference.
