Set output CRS to Australian Albers EPSG:3577 for all layers

Currently, the "Coastlines" and "Statistics" layers are exported in EPSG:4326, while "Summary" is exported in EPSG:3577.

This should be standardised so that all layers are exported in EPSG:3577.
