A black Visual Studio theme inspired by Hyper Terminal

This theme is based on the default Visual Studio Dark theme with colours programmatically replaced colours from the Hyper colour scheme, and some manual changes. Please create an issue if you find any unreadable elements, or create a PR with a fix.
