FoxxiBot is a Twitch & Discord Bot powered by C#. FoxxiBot has been built with ease-of-use in mind, so has a full web-panel allowing users to create custom commands, add sounds to their streams, handle Discord Promo Notifications and so much more.

Right now, FoxxiBot only works with Twitch & Discord but in future there could be Twitter, Steam and maybe more along the way!

FoxxiBot also let's people make plugins using Javascript with .NET Libraries via JINT and it's constantly getting new .NET calls to use so that coders can make more robust or even complex add-ons for Twitch Streams and Discord.

How can I follow along/contribute?

  • Feel free to check out the source code, check out the Discord and submit pull requests, we'd love the help!
  • Please don't forget to watch, and star the repo!

Looking to Compile it for Yourself?

In order to compile it yourself, you'll need

  • Windows: Visual Studio Community 2022. All dependencies are set up, Just build as needed
  • Linux: Visual Studio Code & OmniSharp Addon. All dependencies are set up, Just build as needed

Starting with FoxxiBot

FoxxiBot requires that you set up a Twitch Account for it to use (if you don't have a bot account already). You can do this via a private browser window if you don't want to be logged out of your main account.

The Bot also requires at least one of these to function. The Bot is for Twitch so it requires that at the least.

If you are unsure on how to do any of this, join the Discord for help!

Upgrading FoxxiBot

Upgrading FoxxiBot is super easy, just backup your "Data", "Files" & "Scripts" folders (and any folders you've created for custom modules, web panel additions, etc). Then download the most recent release and copy your stuff back in.
