Run css-compile.sh to build the css files from the scss folder.
The docker-compose file runs a wordpress instance and the plugin can be activated from there. Then this url can be browsed to test the application: /wp-content/plugins/GuitarHacksPracticeRoutingTracker/guitar_practice_routine_tracker.html
