does is uses some sdl2-crate-stuff. so if wanna cargo build it then maybe follow some instructions from https://github.com/Rust-SDL2/rust-sdl2 first maybe. (for now does not uses any of the image, ttf, mixer or gfx stuff. so is just needs reglulars sdl2 bits.)
