Allows a user to track fitness goals leading to a better routine.
When the user loads the page, they should be given the option to create a new workout, or continue with their last workout. When you add a new workout you are able to choose from multiple trackable options. You then can save your workout or mark this workout complete. Afterwards you can track your progress by clicking dashboard in the top left.
