Case data for France no longer updated?

It looks like the case data for France in by-age.csv and epidemiology.csv since 2022-05-14 is missing. From config.yaml it looks like the data is being pulled from https://dashboard.covid19.data.gouv.fr, but that dashboard has a note to say that the data has not been updated since 2022-05-14 or 2022-05-17.

I think the data from the dashboard comes from https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/taux-dincidence-de-lepidemie-de-covid-19/, which has a note to say that that dataset is no longer being updated and has moved to https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/donnees-de-laboratoires-pour-le-depistage-a-compter-du-18-05-2022-si-dep/. The up-to-date age-stratified case data looks like it's there at département level and at region level.

Would it be possible to pull the case data from these sources instead of the dashboard so that the data is up-to-date?
