GoreNetwork/cml-patch

Having issues with CML devices not able to be reachable unless you get into them and ping outside of it from those devices, and/or from outside to those devices. This is a patch where once you get them reachable it keeps them reachable. It SSHs to the devices, then from them pings 8.8.8.8, then pings from the PC it's running on to those devices. This keeps the devices reachable.
