Homebrew HPC is a homebrew tap for HPC applications, which makes installing the software easier.
- Install Homebrew
- Tap homebrew-hpc:
brew tap gregavrbancic/hpc - Install HPC packages:
brew install <package>(e.g.brew install nordugrid-arc)
The available packages are:
- nordugrid-arc 👉 install with:
brew install nordugrid-arc - globus-toolkit 👉 install with:
brew install globus-toolkit - singularity-desktop-beta 👉 install with:
brew install --cask singularity-desktop-beta
Feel free to contribute pull requests for additional applications as well as the bug fixes or open issues if you are having trouble using the homebrew formulas. The testing on different OSes is also welcome.
I am not an author of the software available via this homebrew tap. Also, the homebrew formulas available in this repository are tested only on:
- Mac OS Catalina
- Arch linux
- Linux Mint
- MX Linux
