Hi Guangpeng Fan,
Is it possible to run the tool via command prompt and set up a loop to process all the .xyz file within a given folder?
Thanks a lot for sharing AdQSM.

Hi Guangpeng Fan,
First of all thank you for providing this tool.
I am also searching for a way to run several .xyz files at once. The GUI does not allow me to process more than one tree at once. Is there a way to automate this process? Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Benjamin
