custom layers and functions for the Independent Code Project's neural network from scratch
The original nerual network was made by the Indpenedent Code Project(Here is the link to his video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lakz2MoHy6o&t=570s). I created a couple of new layers and functions to what already existed.
