Overview

Description

This app is primarily used to rate existing apartments/landlords within cities. It's no secret in big cities that renters are usually taken advantage of. This app will help shed light on such an issue by providing a source/database to assess the conduct of landlords.

App Evaluation

  • Story: People will managing multiple property and collection of rent payment on this app and allow Rentee to review home from other renter as well as acting as payment system for rentee to the landlord
  • Market: Real Estate \ Rentals. Alot of people may come to the app for easy access to rent ad as well as ways to manage their property without the renting firm.
  • Habit: The users would have to come back every month for payment dued. Is not very addictive but more so a app that you will use whenever you need it.
  • Scope: The core feature of the app is reviewing and more features can be implemented such as managing proprties and managing payment
