Currently only works with PS3 Les Paul guitars that have a 13 Pin connector (Not currently compatible with the 16 pin connector variant)

Plastic standoff might need to be trimmed to avoid crushing the shielding on the MS88SF2

Programming

Programming can be done using a Raspberry Pi & OpenOCD (Setting up OpenOCD on a raspberry pi)

Raspberry Pi Pinout Diagram

  1. Download the Adafruit nRF52 Bootloader
  2. Run the following command with the board hooked up to your raspberry pi (You only need to do this the first time the board is flashed) openocd -f interface/raspberrypi2-native.cfg -f target/nrf52.cfg -c "program pca10056_bootloader-0.7.0_s140_6.1.1.hex verify reset exit"
  3. Connect the ZMK-Hero board to your pc with an usb c cable and drag the .uf2(found under the releases tab) file onto the ZMK-Hero drive

Known Issues

  • No Whammy bar support currently implemented
