meeting-recorder
A Qt/OpenCV-based webcam and audio recorder especially targeted for meetings. Supports up to two simultaneous cameras and writes video immediately to disk. Recorded files can be directly uploaded to server with SFTP. Also includes self-annotation buttons for meeting annotation.
Development happens here. Ready-made distribution packages for OS X and Windows can be found in the Re:Know WP3 folder.
Requirements
Qt
Qt version >= 5.4 is recommended. It can be downloaded from Digia.
OpenCV
OpenCV can be installed using package managers, e.g. in Ubuntu Linux:
sudo apt-get install opencv-dev
or in OS X with MacPorts:
sudo port install opencv
v4l-utils (Linux only)
Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get install v4l-utils
libssh2
Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get install libssh2-1-dev
OS X / MacPorts:
sudo port install libssh2
Compiling
PATH_TO_QT_BINDIR/qmake
make
Running
Linux
One camera, of hd or fullhd resolution:
./mrecorder 0:hd
./mrecorder 0:fullhd
Two cameras, both in this example with hd resolution:
./mrecorder 0:hd 1:hd
