To download the resources.
./download.sh
To install the rust environment.

We assume that you have installed anaconda with python 3.7
./conda_env.sh
We assume you have installed Rust and Cargo successfully
./compile_scallop.sh
You should be able to run the experiments under VQAR_all/VQAR.
