This branch of CTSM contains CLM5.0 for use in TSMP-PDAF (https://github.com/HPSCTerrSys/TSMP).
This branch starts from the latest release of CLM (currently:
release-clm5.0, https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/tree/release-clm5.0).
The following changes are added to make this branch immediately usable with TSMP-PDAF:
- TSMP-PDAF related changes in a fork of CIME (https://github.com/HPSCTerrSys/cime/tree/clm5_0-tsmp-pdaf)
- external codes CIME, FATES, CISM, MOSART, RTM included as
git submodules
The Community Terrestrial Systems Model.
This includes the Community Land Model (CLM5.0 and CLM4.5) of the Community Earth System Model.
