This is the official code for the paper AutoGAN-Synthesizer: Neural Architecture Searchfor Cross-Modality MRI Synthesis, which is accepted by MICCAI 2022.
The public code is for experiment FLAIR+T1+T1ce -> T2, user could easily modify the input for custom modality combinations.
- Search model structure:
