Bug in date cleaning

Date cleaning fails with the format "%Y-01-01":

Testing from the command line:

$ hxlclean -d date+occurrence+year --date-format '%Y-01-01' "https://drive.google.com/open?id=1U9wKychIdmS0Qe7jczuehrpdceG-GalR"
