• pip install -r requirements.txt

• in the python terminal: - from flaskblog import db - from flaskblog.models import User, Post - db.create_all() - exit()

• in the python terminal: - from flaskblog import db

                      - from flaskblog.models import User, Post
                     
                      - db.create_all()
                     
                      - exit()
  

• in the Windows System Variable add SECRET_KEY and SQLALCHEMY_DATABASE_URI

For the reset password function:

1. you need a valid gmail account which means you need to know Email address and Password
2. you have to add those email address and password to Windows System Variable. (EMAIL_USER and EMAIL_PASS)
3. you need to turn on ' Less secure app access' in your Gmail Account Security. you can google it.
