Object shadows crash over dynamic collision

To replicate, throw a shell into Whomp's Fortress above one of the spinning platforms and ride around them.

Paste this into the WF level script somewhere:
OBJECT(MODEL_EXCLAMATION_BOX, 2700, 3750, -900, 0, 0, 0, (3 << 16), bhvExclamationBox),

This issue is a definite blocker for 2.1.
