A Windows services for auto update local hosts file.

Install Steps:
- Download and unzip latest package in release;
- Launch Command Prompt (cmd) as Administrator
- Navigate to folder where pack unzipped to;
- Run "Install.bat";
Uninstall Steps:
- Redo Install steps #1 ~ #3;
- Run "Uninstall.bat";
