If you haven't already, download Lively Wallpaper from their official website, or from the Microsoft Store

Download the latest release from the releases tab

Open Lively Wallpaper and click the + button like shown below

Click the "Open" button

Select the downloaded zip file. The file name WILL be diffrent to you, so no panic

Congratulations! You have now succesfully downloaded the wallpaper! Now just set it as your wallpaper on Lively.
