collection of scripts used to install TAMV on various platforms

Windows installation instructions

1. install git for Windows
2. install miniforge
3. open miniforge command prompt
4. switch to the directory you want to install TAMV into
5. copy the TAMV install scripts files into this folder
6. run install script installTAMV.bat
7. run TAMV startTAMV.bat
8. to delete from your system, run the delete TAMV script
