This Repository contains the codes used to process and analyze in vivo linear tracing data, SERT volumetric data and in vivo fiber photometry GRAB5HT imaging data used in Luo et al 2022 manuscript.
More detailed scripts and descriptions are in the corresponding folders. MATLAB and R were used for these data analysis.
