pyttsx3 module [voice] Initialize the pytssx3

setting voice rate and speed

voices = engine.getProperty('voices')
engine.setProperty('voices', voices[0].id)
newVoiceRate = 190
engine.setProperty('rate', newVoiceRate)

datetime module

time = datetime.datetime.now().strftime("%I:%M:%S")

speech_recognition module [Microphone]
