In preparation for the Office's transfer from the Bureau of Public Affairs to the Foreign Service Institute:

• Survey hsg-project repositories. Found candidates in hsg-shell, other-publications, hac, release, frus, and frus-history.
• Prepare hsg-shell branch: https://github.com/HistoryAtState/hsg-shell/tree/fsi-oh
• Prepare other-publications branch: https://github.com/HistoryAtState/other-publications/tree/fsi-oh
• Prepare hac branch: https://github.com/HistoryAtState/hac/tree/fsi-oh
• Prepare release branch: https://github.com/HistoryAtState/release/tree/fsi-oh
• Update frus/bibliography files with the appropriate name and parent for the Office, so that generated ebooks will retain the appropriate office designation. See https://history.state.gov/historicaldocuments/frus-history/appendix-d. This may require some research. Further adjustments may need to be made to HistoryAtState/release@a636abc#diff-5748f633f728372f11f4fe471dfac9eb.
