Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a monolingual user, I want to be able to see the website in one language.

Describe the solution you'd like
A choice between the two languages at the beginning and then have the selected option apply to the rest of the app.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Having the English and Chinese side-by-side is can be overwhelming.
