Join DC data with voting records, constituency population, tenure

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We believe that the app can be enhanced by adding additional information, such as:
- District Councillors voting record
- Constituency population
- When the DC was elected
- Share of votes
- Related news (pull from some news aggregator API?)
- Contact details, e.g. email, phone
Describe the solution you'd like
- Join the additional data up in the source Google Sheet
- Visualise the data when the DC / Constituency is selected
