Removing the the multisampling

Unfortunately multisampling is making very annoying artifacts in my customized post processing algorithms (SSR and my customized HBAO+), for sake of quality in future only super sampling will be available, and even not with title of multisampling, maybe with title of resolution, somebody may choose bigger resolution for smoother edges.

Really, it does not worth it to keep current multisampling, in despite of its good performance, removing artifacts in SSR and HBAO+ cause lot of cumbersome scene related parameter tweaking and lot of other processes to remove artifacts (even I can guess it may offset its performance gains) so I decided to give it up as a bad job!
