gyc上传了一堆功能，它们的结构看群里的pdf 其中apply_classroom这个功能是只能搞一个申请的，按＋号申请多次的功能还没实现
上次提到的＋号功能已经实现，同时优化了一些代码，删掉了冗余文件。 现在master里的所有文件都是有用的： 包括20个.html或.php文件 和4个有用的东西（Classroom_Manage.ddl, Classroom_Manage_Export.sql, Final_Tablev2.1.txt和README.md）
