    • Laptop Skin is for Velociti Entertainment
    • Transport Van is similar to Police Skins
    • Tow Truck is a AAA Version

Download & Installation:

1. Download the .zip.
2. Extract the .zip or Open the .zip.
3. Visit Tutorial Steam Tutorial
4. Follow the Tutorial

Faster Download & Install:

1. Download This
2. Go to Steam > steamapps > common > Flashing Lights > flashinglights_Data
3. Make a Backup of resources.assets
4. Copy the Downloaded resources.assets
5. Replace the one in flashinglights_Data
