My name is Rodrigo Cavalcanti. Among many things, I’m a Brazilian guy, a food engineer researcher, a data scientist, and soon a computer scientist, but most of all I'm a work in progress. Throughout my journey, I always seek to be true to my path and my call, learning from my mistakes, gaining new knowledge and overcoming new challenges. With a career oriented to technology and innovation, I have a long experience as a food engineer researcher in emerging technologies (HHP, sc-CO2, MW, cold plasma, etc.), analytical tools & methods, functional & nutraceutical products, and manufacturing cost analysis. My background also includes data science, mathematical modeling, computational simulation, machine learning, and neural network. Currently, my interests are primarily focused on artificial intelligence.
