Kubernetes deploy should expose GitLab service

Issue description
Running ./scripts/quickstart.sh does not expose the gitlab service. As a result, the user must either expose a new service, or delete and recreate the service.

Since we are already using NodePort and the service is being made available by that, I am closing this issue.
