  1. GitOPS deployment is stuck out of sync attempting to sync tc8-operator-sa
  2. Tc8-operator service account exists.
  3. Tc8-operator-sa service account does not exist.
  4. Manual creation of -sa account allows Turbo deployment to complete.
    a. Copy of tc8-operator YAML with “name” changed to tc8-operator-sa and applied.

after completion of step 4, argo completes the deployment and Turbo pods are spun up.
