Place: MIT Media Lab, room is: E14-5-514B Time: Thur, April 26th, 10:30am-6:30pm

Tentative Agenda

10:30-11:30

  • Check in — who’s here, who will join remotely, set-up

  • User Controlled GDPR Consent Cookies IIW session summary

  • GDPR Chessboard overview — where and what we can move on it before and after May 25

  • Cookie deep dive, including other possible approaches

  • Review of allied efforts already in progress—

at Linux Journal at Customer Commons at JLINC at standards orgs at EFF (Privacy Badger) at Mozilla at workgroups at browser makers at add-on developers

  • Decide what we’ll work on today and who does it.

  • We’ll get as much of this covered in advance of the hackathon as possible, so we don’t spend more than an hour on the above.

11:30-4:30

  • 11:30 Order pizza or other food for delivery.

  • Hack.

4:30-6:00

  • Present hacks.

6:00-6:30

  • Decide milestones and who does what until May 25 and beyond.
  • Finish with evangelism plans: who will do what, and when, after the hackathon.
