I have a question about TCRmatch: does TCRmatch works based on deep neural network for peptide prediction?

Hi Sara.
TCRMatch is not based on DNN for peptide prediction. It uses a sequence similarity k-mer approach matching the query to the CDR3b sequences in the IEDB database to predict whether a given TCR sequence is likely to recognize a specific peptide as an epitope.
