Test each state's motor/ brake state after each transition

Need to include these in tests to satisfy SpaceX

So just make sure that motors and brakes are diabled/enabled when they should be after every MoveState in all of out tests?

In AutoTests is where we need to do this.

Otherwise going through StateTests and adding everything back in would be a lot of work
