locus_summary.py output

Hello,

In locus_summary.py the same loci appear multiple times... an example is ilmnseq_rs17161788_ilmnrev which appeared 157991 times and appears to have the same numbers in it and be the same id.... my question is can they be combined or is there a specific reason they are separate? Is there a flag in the command to combine? Thank you :).
