Make Google Sheet table copyable for downloading. Useful for downloading or sorting columns in Google Sheets marked View-only.

How it works: opens a Google Sheet in a content-view, so the spreadsheet can be copied into a new Sheet.

How to a Open View-Only Sheet

  • Install via chrome://extensions.
  • Acccept permissions.
  • Open view-only Google Sheet
  • Click button to make a copyable sheet
  • Select and copy all (Cmd+A, Cmd+C) or (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C) and paste into a new Google Sheet
