This plugin permits to all the admins in your server that have access to the main command (Watch below for more information) to troll all the players on the server by making a percentual of their packets ignored.
The command is /fpl and the permission to use it is FakePlayerLag.command.fpl. This command will give you a Stick that can be used on a player to open an interface to change the values:
If you run it followed from reset, r, 0, remove, delete it will reset your parameters (In case a staff member jokes with you .-.)
