Simple ID3 library with reading and writing support written on PHP
Realized ID3 v2.3.0 (http://id3.org/id3v2.3.0) standart support (most common tags), also support of ID3 v1.1
Library required PHP 7 (was NOT tested on older versions) and Multibyte String library (mb_string)
